Living Amongst
Energy Pollution

Everything is energy, from the trees outside, the sun above us, the food we consume to the cell phone, tablet or laptop you are reading this on. And all of us are energetic beings. When we think of the term 'energy', it sounds good and we all wonder how we can get more of it. Part of the challenge of keeping our energy high and balanced is understanding that there are "bad" energies we need to avoid or learn to live in harmony with. Such energies include natural geopathic stress (GS) and man-made electromagnetic fields (EMFs) or radio fields (RF). Many of you are already familiar with some of these unseen fields, such as your WiFi at home and your smartphone. These fields interact with us because the human body itself has an electromagnetic field. For example, our nervous system is electric and the iron in our blood is magnetic. All these fields vibrate at a different frequency. The term 'frequency' basically means the rate at which the molecules of matter rotate around one another, creating an energetic vibration or field. The terms energy, vibration, frequency and field are often used interchangeably and you will notice that throughout this site.

In a natural, unaltered environment, the human body operates at a harmonious frequency. The same is true for our planet. As the Earth rotates on its axis, a magnetic field is created by the interaction with the molten iron in the Earth’s outer core generating electrical currents. This naturally occurring electromagnetic field oscillates between the surface of the Earth and the densest part of the ionosphere at a main frequency of 7.83 Hz, which some refer to as Mother Earth’s natural heartbeat rhythm. This resonant field was discovered by a German physicist and professor, W.O. Schumann, and known as "Schumann resonance". A 7.83 Hz frequency is an alpha-theta brainwave frequency in the human brain. This is a relaxed frequency where cell regeneration takes place in the body and promotes healing. Our entire biological system, the brain and the Earth itself thrive on the same frequencies. This explains why we feel so good being out in nature.

However, even out in nature there are certain points where the electromagnetic field is distorted and disharmony is generated. These are areas of geopathic stress (GS), also known as harmful Earth rays, which emanate from the Earth and can cause dis-ease for those living above, especially if your bed or a place where you spend a lot of time is positioned over one of these areas. These negative energies can be formed by Ley Lines or energy grid systems, such as those from the Hartmann Grid, Curry Grid and Benker Grid. These grids consist of lines of geopathic vibrations that go north to south, east to west, deep into the earth and high above the planet, ultimately creating a three-dimensional energy field. Each type of grid intersects with one another in the overall system and can be referred to as the Earth's nervous system and energetic veins of the planet. Intersecting lines or conflicting energy lines are what can create disturbances and stressors on our bodies. Other natural disturbances can come from underground water lines, natural landscape features and naturally occurring fault lines. Just as there are places on Earth with these negative energies, there are also places where the energy is more intense in a positive way and can be healing. Sacred sites are often built on areas like these. And then there are also vortexes, points with a swirling circle of energy containing more Earthly energy than normal that flows up and out. These energetically aligned points can be described as Mother Earth's chakra system correlating to the human body's chakras or energy points. Our bodies are being influenced from all these Earthly energies in both positive and negative ways. But now with the emergence of man-made EMFs, it has become apparent that our energy bubbles need greater protection more than ever.

Let's take a deeper look into this man-made electrosmog we are all living in. At the turn of the 20th century, power lines and indoor lighting spread across neighborhoods, towns and cities. Our world could now be lit up 24/7 with just the flick of a switch. Productivity increased as a result from not solely relying on sunlight to power our days. This unknowningly pulled our lives more indoors under artificial lighting and began the change to our natural circadian rhythm. At the same time, the exposure to a new EMF radiation began with the electrical wiring in our walls and common household appliances. As long as your breakers are on in your house, there is an electric field coming off of the wires in your walls. This electrical field at times and in some cases creates "dirty electricity". Dirty electricity is the unusable electromagnetic energy that is emitted by many electrical devices as they operate. Interruptions in the normal flow of 60-Hertz AC (alternating current) traveling through power lines, wires and other devices can result in voltage spikes, surges and frequency variations that combine to form a complex and potentially harmful electromagnetic field. Common sources for this type of EMF radiation include light dimmer switches, smart meters, compact fluorescent lightbulbs and some LED lightbulbs, solar system inverters, electrical devices and even wireless technology can interact with the wiring in our walls.
Speaking of wireless technology, this is when we really started to amp things up. Most of us are use to the conveniences of our modern day world but few take notice to the potential health risks of all our gadgets. Laptops, smartphones and tablets, of my! Bluetooth this. Smartwatch that. Hey Alexa, should we be concerned about our health with all these wild invisible frequencies flying around us? Short answer, yes. The daily distractions brought to us by our iPhones and smartphones are not the only thing we should be concerned about with these devices. Our favorite modern devices also come with a daily serving of radiation. And almost all our homes, local stores and buildings of all sorts are equipped with WiFi and smart meters. Cell phone towers are popping up here, there and everywhere. I cringe every time I see one right next to a school, daycare or senior assisted living center. And worse when I spot them on top of hotels and hospitals because proximity and exposure time play a key role in the potential side effects posed on our bodies. And that logic goes for any of these EMFers being described here.

When you google EMFs or RFs, you will see that they categorize these invisible frequencies into ionizing and non-ionizing radiation. Taking a look at an electromagnetic spectrum like the one shown below, you can see where all these frequencies fall into place according to their Hertz (Hz) measurements. As you can see below, there is only a small portion of the spectrum that is visible light. There is much more going on in the world around us beyond our sense of sight.

On one side of the spectrum is ionizing radiation, which includes x-rays and gamma rays. On the other side is non-ionizing radiation, which encompasses all the frequencies that have been discussed here from electricity and ELF (extremely low frequencies) to RF (radio frequencies) and microwaves.

In conclusion, it is not a magic trick when a text instantly comes through from our Aunt Karen in Alaska. There is an energy exchange there and that energy happens to be quite different from our body's natural energy field. And the more we remove ourselves from nature and the natural circadian rhythm the more challenges we face with our health. This information is not by any means here to put you in fear. It is to inform you and empower you to make changes to protect your energy field and regain harmony amongst the energy saturation we are in today.

David Bohm, a quantum physicist, summed up energy beautifully, "Everything is formed from energy and lives through energy. Electromagnetic waves are the transmitters of this energy and convey the information for all our body functions by means of the energy. The human body stands in close exchange with this radiating environment, because the body itself is an energy system which radiates energy. The human body not only gets its energy from the digestion of food but also absorbs energy and information from its surroundings, the cosmic and radiation fields, which is used for the organization of its life function".
